For those of u having problems this is the solution: THIS IS WAT U DO:
1st: Go to playstation.com
2nd: Click on north america
3rd: Click were it says [PSP] wait for it to load.
4th: And on the left bottom corner you should see something that says “System Update”
Click on it.
5th: And go all the way to the bottom you should see something high lighted [White]
that says “Update using a pc” click on it.
6th: Then look for a white box that has pictures of memory cards. Click were it says download now.
7th: Save the file to your desktop [By the way u need a memory card for this]open your psp files. then make a folder called [PSP] if u dont already have.
8th: Then open that folder and make another folder inside your [PSP] folder called “GAME” then inside the game folder make a new folder called “UPDATE”. Then copy and paste the file u downloaded into your “UPDATE folder.
9th: Then turn on your psp go all the way to “GAME” then scroll down and click on memory stick.
10th: There should be a file called “PSPtm Update ver 4.05. Then run it. download and then ur themes that u downloaded from Http://psp-themes.net should work. I hoped this helped u and please rate and subscribe
